Honey Garlic Chicken

- 700 gms Chicken Boneless, cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper freshly crushed
- 1½ tsp Soya Sauce
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
For the sauce
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 3 Garlic chopped into small pieces
- 4 Green chilies chopped to small pieces
- 1 Onion small
- 2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Cornstarch mixed with ¼cup of water
Cooking the chicken
To the chicken pieces, put the garlic powder, black pepper crushed, soya sauce, and salt
Mix everything and keep aside
To a pan on medium flame, pour vegetable oil
Drop the chicken pieces , keep stirring
After 10mts water starts oozing out of the chicken
Stir and close the pan and cook for 15mts
After that, move the chicken and the stock to another bowl
To make sauce
Pour Sesame oil into the pan
Put Garlic and green chilies, stir it
Then add the chopped onion
Saute well
Add the Kashmiri chili powder, stir well
After 5mts, pour the chicken stock that is prepared before
To it, pour Vinegar, salt and mix well
Pour the cornstarch mixed in water to thicken the gravy
Once the gravy thickens, drop the cooked chicken
Mix well
Let it boil for 5mts
Finally, garnish with spring onions
