Into a nonstick pan, pour 1/2tbsp of Vegetable oil and shallow fry the paneer cubes
Into another pan, pour 1 tbsp of ghee, and roast the vermicelli until golden brown color
Once after raosting, move the vermicelli into hot boiled water
Keep it aside and stir intermittently
After moving, pour a little oil and ghee and roast the cashew nuts and roast it.
Move the nuts into another bowl
Then to the pan, drop the whole spices
Once the spices turns hot, put the onion, saute well
Add ginger garlic paste and the green chillies, stir well until sauteed
Then drop the carrots, green peas and stir well
Pour 3tbsp of warm water to it, to cook the veggies
Once the veggies turn half cooked, drop the curry powders and stir well
Add eggs to the center of the pan and scramble it
After that drop the vermicelli which would have been cooked by now
Put the fried paneer, cilantro and lemon juice
Combine everything well
Add salt to taste
Mix everything
Cover and cook for 5mts, let the steam come
Open the pan and garnish with cashew nuts.
