Kothu Chicken
Wanna try an easy but yummy chicken recipe in less than 30mins? Try this Kothu Chicken Recipe, so delicious, you can have with rice, rotis, tortillas.
Ingredients
- 600 gms Boneless Chicken Ground it in a mixie or food processor
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds (optional)
- 1 big Onion chopped into small pieces
- 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
- 4 Green chilies chopped
- 1 small Tomato chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1½ tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Black Pepper powder
- 1/2 Tomato chopped (only the flesh, no seeds)
- 1/2 tbsp Crushed Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup Cilantro
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Into a skillet kept on medium flame, pour coconut oil
- Put mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let it splutter
- Then add the chopped ginger, garlic, and green chilies
- Stir and saute well
- Then add the chopped onions, and salt to taste
- Add the masalas: chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala
- Stir everything well
- Once the raw smell of the powders fade, drop-in the tomato pieces and stir well
- Once the tomatoes are cooked well, put the ground chicken and combine everything well
- Once well combined, put salt
- Stir well, close and cook for 15minutes
- After 15minutes, open and put freshly crushed black pepper
- Put chopped tomatoes (only the flesh, no seeds) and cilantro
- Stir everything well
- And Yummy Kothu Chicken is Ready

It is very easy and yummy recipe. You can add the spices according to your taste. A very good combination for rice, chappathi or tortilla.
