Chicken Fry
Here is the easiest and yummiest recipe for Chicken fry. With very few masala powders and a little oil, you are good to go for this delicious starter. I have used chicken drumettes here, but you could use any medium size pieces of your choice. The marinating time is 1hr but if you are in a hurry and want to make something soon, you could fry it after 10-15mins in refrigerator. But more the time, tastier the chicken would be. I have used cast iron pan and hence the cooking time would vary based on the type of pan used. So without writing too much let's move to the recipe.
