
Chilli Mushroom
Want to try an easy peasy vegetarian recipe? Here it is, Chilli mushroom. You have some mushrooms in the fridge? Then try this reipec. It is super easy, very less time and comes out delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 500 gms Button Mushroom
For the sauce and mixing
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Chopped Ginger
- 1 Big Chopped Onion
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
- 2 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
- 2 strands Spring onion
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut the mushrooms into cube like pieces
- Into a pan kept on medium flame, add 1tbsp of Vegetable oil
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, and pepper powder. Saute well
- Drop the mushroom pieces
- Stir everything and cook the mushroom for about 15mts or completely done
- Move the cooked mushroom to another bowl
Final preparation
- To the pan, add sesame oil and vegetable oil
- Drop the chopped garlic, ginger, chillies and onion and spring onions
- Saute well
- Once the onion is half done, drop the coooked mushroom into it and mix well
- Keep stirring intermittently
- Add vinegar on top of the mushroom and stir well
- Combine everything well and cook for another 5mts
